Super nice and clean, in a great spot

Only problem is there’s no assigned parking but we didn’t find it too tricky to park down the road

Great location and a lovely, comfortable place to stay. It was clean, quiet and had everything I needed. Really convenient for the train, beach and getting into Fremantle. I was travelling alone and felt comfortable staying here.

Check-in: The check-in process was frustrating and unnecessarily difficult, particularly after arriving from Tasmania and having to wait until the 3pm check-in time/access the property. Missed the window to pay extra fees to Check in early. Was told early check in wasnt possible now due to back to backs. No movements that I could see out the front. Fire alarm/evacuation: At around 10pm the fire alarm went off and the entire building had to evacuate. Residents told me this happens regularly, reportedly around weekly, and said cooking/exhaust ventilation can trigger it. It was disruptive and concerning to hear that it may be a recurring problem.

When we arrived the fob key was not.in the key lock.. A resident, came, seemed to know what to do, went in and found the cleaner, who came down and gave us the fob key. This is not acceptable, for us or the kind resident. My friend had the same problem when she stayed her 4 months ago. It probably was the same resident that helped ! The company needs to stress to the cleaner that the key HAS TO BE IN THE KEY LOCK BY 3PM on arrival.days.

Modern apartment

Two "workers" found in our apartment after we had moved some things into the apartment, apparently leaving a doona but then taking it back and then again a few days later someone turned up to change a rug because previous renters complained about it being very dirty but this should have been organised before or after our stay. The drier in the unit did not work, the bathroom sink was blocked and overflowing and my husband fixed this. The vacuum cleaner turns off every couple of minutes. Bottom sheet in our bed was stained. Tried to directly contact owners but was only able to connect with Madecomfy.com.au. Call centre, I believe but they helped with nothing.
