5. Overall the space is renovated and pretty clean.
1. I concerned about the security of the back window, the robber can simple climb in the room at midnight during sleep. I had to lock the window and then use air condition for ventilation instead. I notice the neighbour even install steel bar on the back window and steel gate on the backyard.
2. The dish wash sponge was really untidy, the hand wash liquid was empty. The owner needs to check regularly.
3. The infill valve of the toilet did not work very properly and leak, it took long time to refill and flush for the next round.
