Hard to think of a better location if you want value accommodation close to the centre of Toulouse and the hostess, Valeri, was super friendly despite me causing her some problems due to my poor communication skills
My only real quibble is that there is no was basin in the toilet. Not the host's fault - it is a home and is what it is. Never caused me a problem but might have felt a little awkward if needed to use the toilet at the same time as someone else was in the bathroom as you would need to go to the kitchen to wash your hands.

The apartment is very close to the station, as advertised and a lovely short walk from the Capitole, Jardin Japonais and banks of the Garonne. The host is very welcoming and provides a map with some suggested routes round the town. The views from the balcony are lovely and it was a perfect place for a few nights in this lovely city.
There is nothing not to like; a homely place, a fun host and unmistakably French.
