La proximité de la Gare. Conformité des lieux avec les photos et le descriptif Bien chauffé en ce début avril frisquet. Le calme dans l immeuble

Un détail : bruit du radiateur qui à intervalles réguliers émettait un claquement sonore qui faisait sursauter. Autre détail : matelas pas assez ferme

- Très proche du centre ville et de la gare - Literie confortable - Superbe TV - Il y avait ce qu’il faut en équipement - Facile d’accès et instructions d’entrée claires - Correspond parfaitement à l’annonce

- Plaques à induction légèrement défectueuses. On a eu beaucoup de mal à les utiliser. - Parties communes de l’immeuble sales (Mais l’appartement en lui-même est dans un très bon état)

Great location within very easy reach of Toulouse station and a short walk to the town centre. Good communication from the management company and gaining access was easy. Overall the apartment was well-equipped, coffee machine, TV, hairdryer etc and the design was very tasteful.

There were a number of issues with the apartment - the major ones were: - the bed is so incredibly uncomfortable. It dips into the middle, is higher at the foot and I had a really bad crick in my neck as a result. This needs replacing - the shower overflows as it can't cope with the amount of water Other small issues: - first thing I saw when arriving was a mop and bucket full of dirty water. Whilst I'm glad the place had been cleaned, I didn't expect to find this. - neither of the plug sockets in the bathroom worked - 1 of the kitchen cupboards was missing it's front - a tea towel would've been really useful - the apartment wasn't very clean. There were bits on the floor and on the coffee table
