Superb stay! Whenever we come back to Le Mans we stay here.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Super clean, well equipped, perfect garden and ideal location. The neighborhood is very quiet, calm and green, 1 min from the Sarthe river and honestly 10 mins from city center. There are two perfect parking areas 2 mins walk from the house.

All good - nothing to improve in my opinion.

A lovely place in a quiet street 2 minutes to a beautiful river walk

The property was very clean modern and spacious for 2 people, everything was provided from coffee machine to WiFi A beautiful tropical garden and outside deck.

Nothing to dislike but maybe add a fan to the equipment supplied

Great accommodation, a small home from home

It had everything we needed for a one night stopover

Internet didn’t work for us. Parking up the road was a little inconvenient but it worked out. Lighting in the shower could be better; we didn’t benefit from daylight lighting from the sky/tunnel light.

Bien que pas en centre-ville direct, j'ai trouvé la localisation idéale car à une minute à pied des berges, permettant de belles balades avec mon chien. Les hôtes ont été très à l'écoute et réactifs, le logement est impeccable et bien équipé. Merci !

Un oasis de verdure tout près du centre ville

Maison très agréable, bien décorée et bien équipée.avec une agréable terrasse en bois qui s'ouvre sur un joli coin de verdure très surprenant et propice à la déconnexion. Emplacement parfait pas loin du centre ville et des chemins de halage le long de la Sarthe pour se balader. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles tout en étant très discrets. Aucune hésitation si vous allez au Mans !
