Staff at check in were extremely welcoming and show you to your pod. The room itself was spotlessly clean, and the mattress very comfortable. You are given bath towels, robe, and everything you could need for an overnight stay. Being able to control the air con was a huge bonus and lights had useful dimming and night features. Bathroom has everything you need including hair dryer.
I was in a pod which was a bottom bed, meaning when the person above me moved I could hear it squeak loudly. I was also very unlucky that my neighbours talked and giggled loudly until the early hours and the rooms aren’t entirely soundproof so this was very disruptive.

The cleanliness was exceptional & all the staff were so helpful & friendly.
We had a cabin where the bed was floor level & both of us being in our 70s we had trouble getting in & out of bed - should have chosen a cabin with a 'step up to' bed - will remember that next time

Stuff is super nice. Terminal run out from the electricity and they immediatelly offered free upgrade to make the rest of my night comfortable as possible.
