Firstly I would like to say thank you to Front Staff (Indian lady) as I can't remember her name. She is very nice person and very nice tone . I left my wallet in the room upon early departure in the morning. After reliaze I make a phone call to the hotel and she immediately responded to me just take about 2 minutes. You're doing great job

Cheap price. Hotel has lift. Facilities is acceptable.
White far from airport. But can take asia ride with 25rm.

Quite hotel
Hotel surrounding more foreigners worker and area not strategic. Hotel surrounding and cleanliness not maintain, lobby sofa a lot of stain and need to do upholstery, lift also need more cleaning and corridor also.
Room wise actually only bed and pillow still in good condition but the rest need more general cleaning.
Shower room badly grouting, toilet bowl, vanity counter also same issue. Shower door glass only halfway can open and unsecured. Please have a look.
Entrance door hard to open and close too.
The front office counter guy not really friendly and need more training how to be more politely, humble with customer not border who infront of you that you can sing during check in time with customer. Room 106
I do hope hotel management can accept out comments for improvement.
