Beautifully decorated apartment and very well equipped. Amazing terrace!
The area is very safe and quiet, and 15min. walk from metro.
The host was very easy to reach and responsive.

Everything was great! The apartment was quiet, very well equipped, and comfortable. In addition it had personal style and charm. It is a small apartment but very well designed for the space with a Japanese sleeping platform. A big bathroom, and small but efficient kitchen and a big plus is a large terrace along the entire apartment giving it light and a fantastic additional outdoor space. The location is as advertised, we were interested in staying in this part of Paris and really loved the more local vibe of the neighborhood. Our host was very accessible by messaging and we found everything we needed for our stay.

L'appartement est très bien agencé et très calme. L'ambiance japonaise avec ses paravents coin chambre, les bd, les jeux. On s'y sent comme à la maison. La douche est très grande un peu rétro.
Et la terrasse! Le temps était idéal on a pu en profiter. La localisation, à deux pas de la rue Tolbiac et tous ses commerces et à 5 mn de la butte aux cailles.
Ronan répond très rapidement aux questions.
Nous reviendrons!
Il faut juste signaler que l'accès à la chambre est surélevé et peut être difficile pour certaines personnes. Envisager une petite marche?
