Appartement Gérard, tout équipé Paris 13éme

De locatie is perfect...overal dichtbij en een grappig appartement. Alles was onwijs schoon.

Er waren te weinig handdoeken.. wij waren met twee personen.. 2 grote en 1 kleine dat is te weinig voor twee personen 4 nachten.... en ik heb een mail gestuurd hierover maar geen antwoord ontvangen hierover en dat vond ik jammer omdat de communicatie erg goed verliep...Maar dat neemt niet weg dat het een zeer fijne locatie is.. dus zeker geen slechte beoordeling.

Has a rustic charm and nice aesthetic, was reasonably clean, great location. Cute patio but the pictures don’t show that it is part of a shared area for all the apartments in that building, it is not private. We were staying at the end of summer and it was quite hot, fans were provided for cooling but still was a little difficult to sleep. The toilet was down some precarious stairs, (in fact the apartment has a lot of uneven steps so it’s not suitable for anyone with mobility issues) you had to be careful going down there. There is no door on the toilet cubicle so be prepared for that. Some areas were not as clean as I would have liked but I am fussy. The oven did not work and the manager did not respond to my message about it. We were asked for a picture of a credit card to secure a deposit before check in - this is against booking.com guidelines and I didn’t send the picture, we were not penalised for this. The apartment is in a great location if you are comfortable using the metro , it’s a quiet neighbourhood and felt safe, and is a quick trip on the train to any tourist destinations etc

Could be a bit more reasonably priced considering it’s not in the city centre and some of the facilities need repairing. Fridge was also struggling to keep food cold.

Very stylish, clean and good energy. The neighborhood is beautiful and there’s great Asian food. It’s a different experience of Paris.

It is pretty far from the center so I didn’t feel there’s much to do at night, and the metro rides to other parts is a little bit tiring. But nothing wrong with the apartment

They were very helpful with an early checkin. We were able to drop off our luggage and were able to wander the city. Very kind! Lots of window. Darling side garden. Location was nice as it was off a Main Street but still accessible to everything

Bathroom was downstairs with no sink. We asked for extra towels. And were told no! That's not a service. One towel person and only one hand towel. No wash cloth. With two people using the restroom it made it difficult to be clean and sanitize. Make sure you bring toiletries these are not provided. One per stay ( shower gel) not one person per day!
