The location was actually very good and easy access to public transport. Busan Station station was just a few bus station away which make it easier during our return trip to Seoul. The homestay was clean and cosy, which we truly appreciated after a long day of travelling...
It takes quite some time for us to figure out how to operate the air conditioning system, due to language (our own limitation then), but we did it in the end! As we were carrying a big luggage, we did experience challenges going up the stairs but the rest are awesome!

Clean and host was helpful
No elevator,have to climb up 3 floors. Water heater temperature fluctuates.

廚房設備很多，可以煮東西。有洗衣機烘衣機也有給洗衣精。
三間房間只有一間有冷氣，夏天去，房間沒有冷氣，根本無法睡覺而且幾乎密閉式無開窗。廁所的門不能鎖，洗澡上廁所很沒安全感。房間在三樓要扛行李爬三樓有點吃力，不適合老人小孩或代購的。
