HERA Ocean View # Haeundae Beach # Gunam-ro

The place is lovely and very well located. Close to metro and close to beach. Exactly what we were looking for.

It has nothing to do with the flat or owner but you can end up waiting for the lift for a little while when it gets busy.

小廚房鍋碗筷子都有，很方便 除了熱水器，還提茶蕎麥茶很不錯 特別的是浴室，有止汗劑、小電棒捲 整體小而美，很適合4人小家庭 小陽台外擴，有桌椅、小躺床，延伸成吃東西看景聊天很舒服 樓下就是鬧區，吃東西很方便 1F 是便利商店 走幾步就有超市、olive young,、傳統市場、海雲台沙灘

樓層高，在24樓，難免遇到進出人潮 要等一下電梯 冷氣 外面雙人床，會比較吵，在正上方 裡面雙人床，有隔間，會影嚮空氣對流 睡裡面較悶

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Haeundae, with easy access to food, the beach, and shops. We were given the apartment unit, room number, and entry pin code clearly upon booking. Check-in was seamless.

The apartment lacks any secondary lock or latch. Anyone with the pin can walk right in. That’s a basic safety issue. While there’s a washing machine, there’s no dryer. You’re left with the primitive method of air-drying clothes, which takes ages. There’s a public laundromat downstairs, but that defeats the purpose of booking an apartment with in-room laundry. We asked for extra pillows, but they weren’t available. The apartment only came with 4 pillows for 3 people, which isn’t generous. The elevator situation is a pain: 2 lifts plus 1 fireman lift serving 34 floors, with 7 units per floor starting from level 2. Be prepared to wait. There were very few hooks or racks to hang towels in the bathroom. We had to request for fresh towels, which weren’t proactively offered. The main draw for us was the in-room laundry, but since we still had to head to a public laundromat to dry, it missed the mark. If we’re going to face those inconveniences, we’d rather stay in a proper hotel where we can at least get extra towels and pillows without hassle.
