Art Residency

Perfect location: walking distance to Haeundae beach, with a large E-mart store one block away. Lovely owner who gave us a personal introduction; nice homely touch with personally-made ceramic creations as decorations. Multiple bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and full kitchen. All extras including aircon, multiple fans, hair drier, mosquito-killing devices. We had two parking spots outside the apartment specially allocated for our use. Although this accommodation does not allow parties, there are no neighbours which meant we could play guitar at night without disturbing anyone. The building is not directly on a main road, which means that it is quiet.

The main entrance is used by the art gallery staff and the maintenance person on weekdays; we did, however, have a separate door that we could lock. Although the apartment is old, it is fully functional. The kitchen was quite small, but it sufficed our requirements. One of the3 beds was “open-space” with no privacy.

The host was super friendly and helpful. The location of the place was excellent as it was walking distance to the subway station and the beach. The place itself was excellent, everything was as described in the post.
