Everything was great. Location was a 60 second walk from the subway. Plenty of food options nearby. The room was spacious and clean and modern. The self check-in process was seamless and I had no issues. The room has everything you could need. Including a fridge and freezer, a microwave and a washing machine. Wouldn’t change a thing.

The location was great, right outside the subway line. Also check in was convenient and straight forward.

Television wasn't accessible unless you had apps and spoke Korean. Bed was uncomfortable.

Great place. Very clean and modern, they provide many amenities for the room. It s very convenient having the kitchen as well. The location it’s very good next to the subway. I stayed there 3 times so obviously the place it’s great. Also you get quick answers whenever you ask anything. The view from the balcony it’s very nice. I had a great sleep

The location is excellent in terms of public transport. Yeonsan train station is pretty much downstairs, and you can access lines 1 and 3 from there, so you can get to the airport easily, as well as going to shopping or tourist areas expediently. The view of the city is pretty good.

1. There is no separation between the bathroom and toilet; the shower head is hanging above the sink, and anytime you use it, the toilet will get wet, and the whole floor will get wet resulting in any subsequent toilet visits being on a wet floor/toilet. 2. The place is small. And I say this having paid for and stayed in the "largest" studio. It was regret at first sight. The photos they put up definitely took liberties with angles in order to not depict the entirety of the room/place. A fascination of ours was how the corridors looked and felt like prison, it was amusing at first, poignant when we walked into the studio. 3. As stated by other reviewers, the situation with the trash is so bizarre and unnecessarily difficult. First, the 2 bins in the studio were the tiniest bins I have ever seen, and looked like they were intended for tissues only. Note that one of these bins was in the kitchen so it was full as soon as we placed some food wrapping and one small takeout container. Secondly, they provide very small plastic bags that they say are for food waste; that's fine. However, we took these out downstairs to where the bins were and the security guard all but ran to chase us away, telling us that we were not using the approved bags. You know, the very same small bags that we were left to use. Turns out, after messaging the host, that you have to buy the approved bags. What does approved mean? We were chased away again after buying some bags that apparently were not approved, so I took a look in the trash and went looking for similar looking bags. Found some eventually, and at least the trash inspector (read: security guard) was silent which, after the run-around, was a thumbs up of its own kind.
