Clean and cute.
They forgot there was three people booked in and had to sort the bedding myself and we only had half a toilet roll so had to go shopping.

It was such a cozy and lovely visit; we truly enjoyed our time there.
The sofabed mattress was a bit too slim, so you could feel the metal frame. We added some duvets to make it more comfortable and cozy.

Accommodation was very good had everything we needed in a good position for walking into Filey along the beach.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Needed maintenance to sink plug and it was sorted within hours.
Tele reception poor in lounge but good in bedroom. Not much of a view from windows in flat. This property is a good base for a break but not to dwell in. We prefer a lodge to an apartment. Starfish shack is up a flight of stairs which is a problem for us. Missed that on booking.
