Villa Siraino - Ktima Skopelos

Everything-remote,peacfull ,breathtaking view😌

Some small investment are needed( doors,roller insect screen etc),but the place is just great!

We loved the location as my family and I like peace and quiet and total privacy when on holiday and that is what we got. The pool was is good size and was well maintained and there was a good amount of space around it to move sun beds around and still be able to get around. The property is located in an elevated position and there are great views across the island to the sea and neighbouring islands. The covered outdoor eating area was also a nice feature and was equipped with a barbecue and oven although we were unable to use them during our stay due to government restriction on having open fires. The property owners conveniently provided an electric barbecue

Parts of the property felt a little tired beyond being rustic. We had some issues during our stay that required work to be carried out to put them right and appeared to have been due to a lack of routine maintenance. The upstairs doors were difficult to open and scrapped along the floor causing grooves and scratches in the tiling. The upstairs WC seat cover was broken across one of the hinges. The kitchen sink tap spout came off and had to be held in place during use until it was fixed: The knob to turn on the hand held shower attachment in the en suite kept falling off during use until it was fixed. Once reported the issues where promptly attended to by the property owner. Other things we noted were that most of the sun beds were frail. The leg and brace of one would become detached when it was moved. Another was held together with a cable tie. The fabric on one of the chairs on the balcony was torn or perished. All in all these things did not unduly affect our enjoyment of the Villa however given the cost of the rental I think it is fair to say these issues should not occur. The property owner greeted us at the Villa, however it would gave been a been a nice touch if the property owner had left us something on arrival as many hosts do even if it was only a bottle of water given the sign saying it is not advisable to drink the tap water.

Grande casa con vista panoramica sulle montagne e sul mare, la posizione è molto tranquilla circondati dal vigneto e dal silenzio. Un po' fuori mano rispetto a spiagge e paese ma lo sapevamo e la posizione vale comunque il viaggio.

La casa è molto molto grande e più di "campagna" che di mare quindi può succedere che la pulizia in certe parti della casa non sia eccellente, sono comunque rivenuti a metà soggiorno a ripulire quindi niente di particolarmente grave. Qualche parte della casa avrebbe bisogno di ammodernamento tipo 2 bagni su 3 e la cucina. Comunque piccoli problemi rispetto a quanto è bella la casa e la location.

Wirklich schöne Lage, ruhig und sehr erholsam - ein wenig weiter von Stadt Skopelos und Stränden , dafür tolle Aussicht- man benötigt jedenfalls ein Auto, kann aber dafür eine ganz andere Seite von Skopelos kennenlernen. Es liegt zB gut um diverse Wanderungen zu machen- Sendoukia ist perfekt zu Fuß erreichbar oder auch der Gipfel des Delfi !

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden, dass es weiter weg ist wussten wir - was ich vielleicht gerne vorher gewusst hätte ist, dass die Zimmer nicht beide ein en suite Badezimmer haben, somit nicht ganz gleichwertig sind.
