The location is okay, I like that the place has a lot of toys for kids to play. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There were even separate cutleries and plates for muslims, and also a prayer mat and kiblat directions that not a lot of apartment bookings offer. The parking is on the ground floor and the walk to the lift is not far.
Not really a bad thing, just that the premise emphasized not to mention any homestays or booking platforms as it seems that homestays are not permitted on the premise. There was an element of needing to be discreet.

First of all, the hospitality provided by the host was excellent. They gave very clear instructions and guidance both before check-in and after check-out. The host was also very friendly and responsive.
I had some trouble opening the door at first, but when I called the host, they assisted me immediately (the door was working fine, I had just entered the wrong password).
I also appreciated the cleanliness of the house. They provided basic first aid supplies, as well as a good selection of card games and toys
