The location is exceptional, the tent has all the comfort one needs (well-equipped kitchen, shower, nice beds, enough in and outside furniture) and setting is fantastic. The host is very reactive.
It's not really something we didn't like but it's a thing that comes with summer... The place is located on the south side of a hill which is a guarantee for fantastic views but during Andalusian summer it also means it's almost impossible to stay in the tent with temperatures far over 40°. And taking a shower before sundown is also impossible since the water is boiling hot. I would suggest installing a pool or something where customers can get refreshed.

Mitten im Nichts mit grandioser Aussicht auf Alora. Ruhe, Sonnenuntergänge, was will das Camperherz mehr. Für Komfort war auch gesorgt, die Matratzen sind ausgezeichnet, und die Küche ist ausreichend für Selbstversorger ausgestattet.
Alles prima!

We were looking for somewhere to stay close enough to the Caminito del Rey and wanted something a bit off the beaten track. Unfortunately for us, it's been one of the hottest summers in Spain for a long time. The set up and grounds were well kept and it was nice to have the veranda and seats. The tents are really high quality and I was really surprised to see such a high quality bathroom in there. The furniture was really nice and all in keeping with the theme. The sunset was fabulous and sitting on the veranda in the evening was lovely. Once it cooled down we did enjoy the view for a while.
As I mentioned it was extremely hot so unfortunately it was impossible to bear inside the tent until the sun went down. Even with a bit of a wind and the window flaps open it didn't cool down. Due to the heat we couldn't even have a cold shower as even at the coldest setting it was still hot. There was one decent sized fan available in the tent but this was not sufficient to cool the tent down in any way. During the day it just moved extremely hot air around. Again due to the heat the fridge couldn't cope and nothing was cold after hours even at the coldest setting. A freezer would be helpful along with the addition of a microwave. We had very little contact with the hosts. We arrived a bit later than anticipated and they weren't there. The instructions on how to get in were clear. There is a pool beside the house on the property and I feel that this should be made available during the summer months as it would be the only way to cool down. The only other contact we had from the host was the morning of day two (after we had left to do the Caminito) reminding us we were checking out the next day and to strip the beds and take out the rubbish. It was also very windy at night and it meant that we got very little sleep as the tent makes a lot of noise when windy. Due to the heat, lack of any way to cool down and very poor sleep we decided to leave after one night and found alternative accommodation . When we informed the hosts there was no further contact. At a different time of year this would have been a very different experience and there are things that the hosts can do to make stays more comfortable in the summer. Also it's not that close to the Caminito so I found the name slightly misleading.
