Modern 3 bed House with two bathrooms! Free parking!

The house was in a quiet residential area, yet with easy access to Cambridge and Ely as well as the M11, A10 and A14. There's a large Tesco, together with other local shops and a fish & chip shop just a 10-minute walk away, also a park with a play area which would appeal to a young family. The living and dining area was attractive and comfortable, although the living room would benefit from curtains for the evening. The beds were comfortable, too.

Our main criticism was the complete lack of hot water in the en-suite wash basin, probably caused by very low water pressure at that tap. The bedrooms also lacked any chests of drawers, so that we were living out of suitcases for our stay. The chopping board in the kitchen was very unhygienic and needs replacing; there were wine glasses, but no other glasses for water, soft drinks or beer; not enough teaspoons, and no cheese grater. The standalone freezer in the kitchen was disconnected, and the fridge/freezer was a long way from the kitchen working area. It would be sensible to swap the position those two appliances. A minor issue is that the attractive green hedge pictured in the front garden is completely dead, giving the property a run- down, uncared for appearance.
