No hooks in bathrooms for hanging towels. Grass not cut.
Property let out through a third party (The Perfect Host?). We tried to contact them on their given numbers at least six times, but had no reply. Even when a message was left. Even though the house was lovely, may consider twice about renting again as its important to be able to contact the agents should the need arise or in an emergency.

Clean and spacious, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, recent kitchen and nice little garden.
No blind curtains in bedrooms, parquet on the 1st floor and some doors were squealing which can be an issue at night with children.

Well located for the event we were working at. Very good and has all the facilities you need.
Passive aggressive messages from the host saying that if you don't sort your rubbish into recycling and normal rubbish they will charge. I'm an AirBnB superhost. I don't consider taking the rubbish out as the guest's problem. If they do it, lovely. If not... well suck it up! Perhaps they've had issues in the past, but overall a great stay

Lovely kitchen social space leading out onto the patio with furniture. Comfy beds. Good shower. Location was excellent for the town centre.
The door on the small bedroom had a huge screechy squeak!
