The appartment location is excellent, a walking distance from Termini if without luggage and few bus stops from the station if with luggage. Alessandro is a great host, very communicative, helpful, supportive. He send us films and photos allowing a smooth and easy check in and was flexible during checkout. Coffee machine and coffee capsules were a nice surprise. A washing machine, iron and dishwasher are of big help for travellers. The air conditioner is life saving and works very well. Alessandro can help arranging a convenient transfer from the airport too. The price/quality ratio is very good for this appartment

You have to keep the windows shut and the AC on not to hear the trains passing by the building. For us it was not an issue as we could not bear the outside heat anyway but if you can't live without open windows the trains proximity could constitute a problem

The host’s daughter met me at the residence. Alessandro had provided a video showing me how to get to the location, which proved invaluable. His daughter could not have been more helpful.

The apartment is adjacent a railway line, so there was occasional background noise but not at a level to really disturb us.

В помешканні було все необхідне і навіть більше, зручне розташування. До історичного центру можна дійти пішки або за кілька хвилин транспортом, під домом зручна транспортна розвʼязка

Mi valoración general es un 10 sobre 10; empezando por el anfitrión , que días antes de llegar nos facilitó un video explicando cómo llegar. Al llegar allí nos estaba esperando para explicarnos todo lo que podíamos necesitar y saber de la casa. La cama grande y muy muy cómoda, facilitando el descanso después de las caminatas En la casa hay todo lo necesario para cocinar, además de condimentos y un detallazo el café y el té. Aunque el alojamiento da a las vías del tren no resulta nada molesto. Bien comunicado
