The property was VERY clean and efficient. It was great for our needs. The street noise was a lot, but expected. The only issue we had was the key/door lock. It sometimes would stick and would take us numerous times to get in. Overall, I would recommend this property!

Spacious and well laid out. Beds were comfortable.
Quick walking distance to the Ponta Delgada old town.
Next to a busy street- expect traffic noise.
Hosts were very communicative and able to action items quickly.
