This location is ideal for families: the beach is just a few meters away, and bakeries, restaurants, and small shops are within easy walking distance. There’s also a tennis court just about 150 meters from the house—perfect for a spontaneous match in the morning or afternoon. The nearby beech forest pleasantly complements the location. It’s ideal for walks, little exploration trips with children, or a quick jog—quiet, green, and relaxing, without being too far off the beaten path.
Here, historic charm meets modern elegance—every detail has been designed with great care to create a unique atmosphere that’s particularly well-suited for small families or couples of up to four people.
The bright two-room apartment on the mezzanine level spans a generous 60 square meters. The open-concept living area with an exclusive gas fireplace invites you to unwind: spend cozy evenings on the comfortable couch while the flat-screen TV provides entertainment for the whole family. The stylish interior, featuring real wood parquet flooring and high-quality designer wallpaper from the U.S., creates a warm yet luxurious atmosphere.
The kitchen, custom-built by a local carpenter, is fully equipped and offers everything needed for an enjoyable family breakfast or dinner together: oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker. The dining area for four people, with a view of the adjacent park, invites you to linger together.
Sleeping arrangements include a bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (200 × 200 cm, two separate mattresses) and a sleeper sofa in the living area, which can be converted into a cozy sleeping space for two people in no time at all. A spacious closet offers plenty of room for your vacation wardrobe.
In the bedroom, an additional child up to 3 years old can sleep in a travel crib. You can add the travel crib to your booking for a fee.
So that you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation to the fullest right from the day you arrive—we’ve already made up the bed for you and your loved ones and laid out a shower towel and a small hand towel.
