In the second building of our residence, our guests can also enjoy a modern vacation apartment in the beautiful seaside resort of Bansin. Our three-room apartment No. 30 on the first floor offers 62 square meters of space where up to four people can enjoy their vacation together. A comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and a dining table for four invite you to relax and enjoy each other’s company in the cozy living and dining area. The built-in kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired, thanks to a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and many other extras.
On the adjoining southwest-facing balcony, you can truly unwind and let the day come to a peaceful close. In the first bedroom, a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm / two separate mattresses) invites you to a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm).
An extra bed for a toddler up to 3 years old is available in the bedroom in the form of a travel crib. You can reserve the travel crib for an additional fee.
So that you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation to the fullest right from the day you arrive, we’ve already made up the bed for you and your loved ones and provided a shower towel and a small hand towel. The bathroom enhances the amenities of this apartment—featuring an XXL shower, toilet, and hair dryer.
Our Sonnenhof residence is particularly well-suited for families with two children who are looking for both immediate proximity to the beach and a vacation location close to the city center.
A parking space right next to the building, a shared bicycle storage room, and Wi-Fi access are available free of charge during your stay and round out the vacation comfort of this apartment. A washing machine and dryer in the building are available for a fee.
A special bonus: With your visitor’s card, you can ride the Kaiserbäderlinie buses within the Ostseebad Heringsdorf municipal area for free. Just leave your car behind and explore the Kaiserbäder at your leisure. Another very special experience is the hop-on-hop-off boat from Bansin to Świnoujście (Poland), which you can use for free between the piers from April through October.
