Enjoy your Usedom vacation in one of the beautiful apartments at Villa Berty, located right in the heart of the imperial and Baltic Sea resort of Bansin. Villa Berty was built around 1900 and renovated in 2010–2011 with great attention to detail. The combination of modern construction technology with historic architectural elements ensures a high quality of living in an exciting architectural setting. The promenade is about a 5-minute walk away. Restaurants, cafes, a bakery, and other shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity.
This very spacious 2-room apartment, measuring 89 square meters, is located on the first floor and is suitable for 2–4 people. In this modern, high-end apartment, you’ll find a semi-open living area with a cozy sitting area (featuring a pull-out sofa bed measuring 150 x 200) and a large flat-screen TV. In the adjacent, light-filled loggia, a large dining table invites you to enjoy meals together. The kitchen features a modern kitchenette complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, ceramic cooktop, and oven, as well as an additional dining area for 4 people. Here and in the entryway, original murals have been preserved and lovingly restored. The bedroom features a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and a small closet. The terrace, which faces southeast toward Seestraße and features a small lawn, is enclosed by a hedge and can be accessed via the hallway or the separate apartment entrance. Here, you can enjoy the sun well into the afternoon. The bathroom, which has a window, features a glass-enclosed shower and a large sink/toilet. A guest restroom is also available. Guests can park their cars and bicycles on the property.
