The historic Villa Waldschloss is situated on a quiet side street—yet right in the heart of the seaside resort of Bansin. This location is ideal for families: the beach is just a few meters away, and bakeries, restaurants, and small shops are all within easy walking distance. There’s also a tennis court just about 150 meters from the house—perfect for a spontaneous game in the morning or afternoon. The nearby beech forest nicely complements the location. It’s perfect for walks, little exploration trips with the kids, or a quick jog—quiet, green, and relaxing, without being out of the way.


Here, historic architecture meets modern living—every detail has been lovingly designed to create a particularly cozy home for families or small groups of up to five people. A place where every moment of your vacation becomes a special experience.


The bright three-room apartment on the mezzanine level offers 60 square meters of space to feel at home. The spacious living area with an elegant gas fireplace invites you to snuggle up together, read, or simply relax. You can wind down at the end of the day on the comfortable couch, while the flat-screen TV provides entertainment for young and old alike. High-quality solid wood parquet flooring and durable designer wallpaper from the U.S. give the apartment a warm, stylish character.


The kitchen, custom-built by a local cabinetmaker, has everything you could want: an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker are all provided. The spacious dining area for five people, with a view of the peaceful park, is perfect for shared breakfasts, cozy dinners, or fun game and craft sessions—this is where unforgettable family moments are created in a stylish setting.


Sleeping accommodations are spread across two cozy bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The first bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed (200 × 200 cm, two separate mattresses), and the second has a high-quality sofa bed that can be converted into a comfortable sleeping arrangement for two people if needed. A spacious closet offers plenty of storage, and here parents and children can relax and unwind at the end of the day.


So that you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation to the fullest right from the day you arrive, we’ve already made up the bed for you and your loved ones and have provided a shower towel and a small hand towel.


The bathroom features an elegant and distinctive color scheme that creates a luxurious, feel-good atmosphere. Dark natural stone tiles complement light-colored bathroom fixtures, elegant brass fittings and accessories, and a walk-in shower—ideal for a relaxing shower after a day at the beach or in the park.


In the large bedroom, an extra bed can be provided for a toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib. You can add the travel crib to your booking for a fee.

Sauna lovers, take note: The sauna is just a few steps away from the apartment and can be easily reached in a bathrobe and slippers. Treat yourself to a relaxing getaway any time of year and enjoy the quieter seasons in the harmonious atmosphere of Usedom Island.

A free parking space right next to the building and Wi-Fi access round out the vacation amenities of this apartment. There is a communal barbecue area on the property. This can be used free of charge. A washing machine and dryer in the building are available for a fee.


A special bonus: With your spa card, you can ride the Kaiserbäderline buses within the Ostseebad Heringsdorf municipal area for free. Just leave your car behind and explore the Kaiserbäder at your own leisure. Another very special experience is the hop-on-hop-off boat from Bansin to Świnoujście (Poland), which you can use for free between the piers from April through October.
