Surfside/Garden City Beaches are the perfect location for a family vacation or getaway with friends! Regardless of the reason, the South Strand area is far enough from the traffic and crowds, but still, a short drive to the wide variety of attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment the Grand Strand has to offer. The Garden City Beach pier, restaurants and shops are a few blocks south from this property. Luxury shopping and dining are a few minutes north in the Market Commons area. Just a short drive north are all the attractions and shopping of Myrtle Beach, Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand shopping center, the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, and one of the world's largest Ferris wheels. For a unique cultural experience, Brookgreen Gardens displays one of the world's largest collections of sculpture by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden, it's just a few minutes south on Business 17. Murrells Inlet is also just a short drive to the south and features the world famous Marsh Walk, with incredible dining and shopping and exciting water activities such as fishing, boating and the ever popular dolphin cruises!

From booking to checking out - iTrip made it incredible easy and stress free. This condo is perfection and exactly like photos. The view is worth the price. If you have any mobility issues this room is not for you - climbing three flights of stairs anytime you leave your room is the only downfall - but for us there were no issues.

Property was great, loved our waterfront 3rd floor view, would stay again. Kitchen was very well appointed we and loved the color vibe and decorating. Master mattress very comfy, back bedroom mattress was split in the middle (or felt that way to our niece and her husband who rolled into each other). We had an issue with a new dresser where bureau drawer collapsed on our last night and then fell out BUT property manager responded VERY quickly, apologized and explained that new parts had been ordered. Was by no means a deal breaker. Excellent property management by Mandy at iTrip.

We had a fabulous time! This condo had everything we needed. We ate breakfast on the deck everyday. Watched the Lunar eclipse! Walked the beach and found beautiful shells. Had ice cream and watched a little boy catch a fish on the Pier;) played 9 holes of golf 3 times. Ate at the Marshwalk almost every night. Slept well. Loved the sound of the waves. All good.

Just as advertised, We do have one complaint, I own a bedding store, I know what I am talking about when it comes to mattresses. The one in the master bedroom needs replaced, the structure on the left side of the mattress is really weak. My wife and I are are 160 pounds a piece, our weight was not the issue.
