About this apartment rental
This property is just a short drive (or a 30 min walk) to Purdue University. It's steps away from Revolution BBQ, Kitami Sushi, DT Kirby's, Ripple, and plenty of other great restaurants and bars. This building has all the charm and history you could ever ask for! Walk out the door, and in both directions, you'll have plenty to explore!
Note: The building has a commercial space below (a make-your-own candles experience!) and the rental unit is just above. There are stairs and no elevator, so if you are uncomfortable with walking up a staircase, this is not the right place. There is free street parking or you can park behind the building in the church parking lot.
You will have full access to the second floor apartment, which includes: a kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, living room, two bedrooms, an elliptical machine, and a dedicated work area.
