About this house rental
Totally updated 2-bedroom duplex on a quiet block, near the Tippecanoe County Fairgrounds. Just minutes to downtown Lafayette and Purdue University. A beautiful old home that's been fully renovated with a lot of modern amenities & convenience. Space consists of two bedrooms with a queen bed, and a twin trundle bed, which houses an additional twin bed. Plus, a full bathroom, comfortable living room, dining nook and a galley kitchen. A bright & central location, yet quiet & cozy at the same time.

A thoughtful host makes such a difference. The house was exactly as advertised, with many small touches that made it comfortable, welcoming, and easy to be in. That combination is great. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped. Seating area was comfortable for 4 people plus a high-top table in that area for another 2. A great stay.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at this property. It was the perfect size for my husband, teenage daughter, and me while we were in Lafayette for a college visit. The house was very clean, and everything inside was in perfect working order. The neighborhood is centrally located and very quiet. The beds were comfortable, and the heating and cooling worked really well (spring in the midwest means sometimes you end up needing both!). The host was fantastic! He contacted us before our stay and did such a great job addressing everything that we didn't have any questions. He also sent another message with check out reminders and to make sure our stay went well. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay for family weekend at Purdue University. Quiet neighborhood and off street parking was a plus.
