About this villa rental

Large 1 bedroom single-family home is located in the Hanna neighborhood in Lafayette. . A beautiful old home that's been fully renovated with a lot of modern amenities & convenience. Space consists of one bedroom with a queen bed. Plus, a full bathroom, comfortable living room, dining nook and a full kitchen. A bright & central location, yet quiet & cozy at the same time.

Property inside was updated and very clean. The location is 5 minutes from the Purdue Campus and we did not waste any time commuting during Purdue Graduation weekend. The grass on the property was cut but the grass clippings were in the driveway. We swept the driveway so we would not bring grass into the house. Other than that our experience was just what we expected, clean house and very good location.

Outside could use some sprucing up but inside was clean and nicely remodeled.
