About this house rental

A tranquil and recently renovated retreat. Only 18 minutes from downtown Athens, but feels world’s away. Relax on the 20’ x 20’ screened porch and enjoy the sound of the creek’s water flowing over the shoals. Acres of forest for trail walks. A perfect spot for a UGA game weekend, parent’s weekend or graduation.

Sofa can be made up as an additional queen sized bed.

This property was perfect for our family of 4. We had more than enough space with the 3 very comfortable kings beds. The remodel was beautiful, and we ate dinner and breakfast at the house and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. They even have some of the little things like salt & pepper, oil, coffee, sugar, ziploc bags, etc. But I have to say my absolutely favorite place was on the screen porch. The view and sound of the stream was so relaxing. We spent most of our time on the porch and my family didn't want to leave. We would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive too. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

The house was very clean and updated. The back porch was nice overlooking the stream. We loved sitting out there listening to the water. Very peaceful and serene.
