4 BEDROOM HOUSE WITH 4 BEDS AND 2 VERY LARGE COUCHES FOR SLEEPING. 2 OF THE BEDROOMS HAVE KING BEDS AND THE OTHER 2 BEDROOMS HAVE A QUEEN BED. THERE IS A BIG BACKYARD AND FULLY FURNISHED PAVILION WITH A WEBER GRILL AND 65 INCH TV. EACH ROOM HAS A TV AND IS EQUIPPED WITH DIRECTV. THE HOUSE AND PAVILION ARE ALSO EQUIPPED WITH WI-FI. A group of 8 college friends stayed at this house for the GA/Kentucky game. The house setup is great. Spacious living room and outdoor space where we could all hang out. Perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. We would definitely stay there again.

It was so nice to be able to be all together in one area. We appreciated the whole property deer snakes and all :-) It was a little different than other VRBOs we’ve stayed at since this was someone’s actual home and it was nice to learned about the kiddos that live there

We chose this home so 3 generations could gather in Athens for UGA graduation. The host was communicative and helpful leading up to our check in, even giving us early access. He honored another special request once we arrived. While there were some housekeeping issues, the house was in a great neighborhood and close to town.
