Enjoy your stay in Athens at this Secluded 3 bedroom 2 bath condo, on quiet cul de sac, within walking distance to Memorial Park and a little longer walk to Five-points in Athens. 2.5 miles to the UGA stadium. 2.1 miles to the UGA Golf Course, driving range, and practice facilities. 2.1 miles to the new UGA Track & Field Complex, the UGA Jack Turner Softball and Soccer Complex, and 2.3 miles to the Georgia Botanical Gardens.
The living room features a sofa with 2 recliners, 1 separate king size recliner, and two additional comfortable low seating chairs--all providing comfortable seating for up to 6 persons--and a 75 inch Samsung Smart TV for watching movies and the main event(s).
This condo can comfortably sleep up to 6 adults or 4 adults with 4 small children. The Master bedroom features a luxurious queen bed with sitting area, a desk with computer monitor, a 50" LG Smart TV, and a private bath with granite countertop, a tub shower combo, and commode with bidet. Bedroom 2 features a full over full bunk bed, a wall mounted TV (ready for your streaming device), and small desk. Bedroom 3 features a cozy queen bed and a spacious desk with WiFi printer.
The dining area features a table that will comfortably seat up to 5 persons.
The condo also features a fully equipped galley kitchen with glass topped stove, oven, space-maker microwave, blender, toaster oven, air fryer (by request), a drip coffee maker, a K-cup coffee machine, dishwasher, a stack washer and dryer, and a refrigerator with icemaker and ice & water dispensers.

Had a very enjoyable stay. The condo is in a great location relative to the campus and stadium. It was clean and well kept. The host was very responsive and kept in communication throughout our stay. Checking in and out was seamless. It was a little pricey, but I would absolutely recommend this condo to others.

We stayed at Keith’s condo for a parents weekend for our daughter. It was the perfect location to enjoy the UGA campus and particularly little five points area. The condo was clean, well aportioned and had absolutely everything we could’ve wanted for the weekend. Keith was a great host and checking in and out couldn’t have been easier. Will definitely plan on being back!!!
