We have stayed in many units at the Aqua Resort but this was our first time booking through BookBeach. We had a great experience with them. Melissa had excellent communication throughout our stay. The unit was exceptionally clean and starter amenities/supplies were a nice touch. The unit itself had been updated with tile throughout, new master shower and all bathroom vanities were updated. Furniture was comfortable, including the beds. Everything was in good working condition although as others mentioned the clothes dryer does not heat and takes forever to dry anything. Excellent stay and would definitely recommend this unit and BookBeach.

Our family had a very good overall stay at this vacation rental. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, restaurants, and within walking distance to everything we needed. The home itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities listed. It felt comfortable and welcoming. The rental management staff were responsive and helpful. I’d definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others!

For years, I’ve come to PCB for Labor Day Week. Sometimes as a solo traveler, sometimes with a friend. This year there were 2 of us and we had one of the best beach week experiences. I’ve always rented a beachfront condo. This year I came across Book Beach. It offered units at my favorite resort, The Aqua. The Book Beach Staff was polite and renting was efficient. The pricing was the best I found for the length of stay and space. I stayed in 2107 with 2 free beach chairs and umbrella. Although it was higher up than I tend to like, the view offered amazing, peaceful tranquility. The unit felt high end with the furnishings and lay out being very modern. It was large, extremely clean, the king beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. They had white bed linen and fluffy white towels that felt sterile. With white, you can see everything, the dirt and the clean. I always spray down with Lysol, strip the beds and wash the linen before using. Well I sprayed, but no need to wash the linen. Everything looked and felt very clean. The unit was one of the most comfortable I’ve rented. The television offerings were unlimited; one of the best with all the streaming apps available. 2107 felt very homey. The master is on the Gulf. Enjoyed lying in bed watching and listening to the waves. The unit is across from the elevator, never a wait and it was fast. Parking was a breeze, spaces were large. We paid the $35 before arriving and printed our parking pass at home. The resort braces were in our unit upon arrival. No need for front desk staff interaction. There were luggage carts everywhere, just remember to park on level three, for easy access to the skybridge. I like The Aqua for its convenience and beach location. The beach is quieter. It’s two blocks from Pier Park, an easy walk. And if you want the pool, they have two nice sized pools, one has an indoor alcove. We had an amazing time. Loved the condo. The condo was very clean and we fell in love with the mattresses and comforters. Best sleep in a condo that we have had in many years. Super comfortable beds. Love the locality and even though we were on the 21st floor we never had to wait on elevators. Elevators were super fast also.
