2 Beach chairs and an umbrella included in the rental, but no chair service in the winter months.
The living area features ample seating with commanding gulf views, large Flat Screen TV and Balcony access. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy sunset cocktails or just relax and listen to the waves crash below. You will find all newer furniture throughout the common areas- newer couches, end tables, lamps, lighting and artwork. There is even newer furniture out on the balcony for you to enjoy the start and ending of everyday overlooking the beach.
The spacious gulf front Master bedroom has a Queen bed and balcony access, Large flat screen TV and on suite bathroom with a double vanity- this bedroom is perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Step directly out onto the balcony for an early morning coffee or watch the sun slip behind the waves with a cocktail at sunset
The Guest bedroom also features a comfortable Queen size bed, bathroom access and city views of Pier Park and the Bay on the Balcony .
The third bonus room contains a twin over full bunk bed and shared bathroom.

Lovely condo with incredible views and great location.

The condo itself was nice and aqua building is very nice. It had a good view. Very nice pools and amenities. Our room however lacked kitchen amenities, there was only one very warped frying pan. We only had about 5 very cheap towels for the entire condo. I wasn’t trying to do laundry everyday of my vacation but ended up having to do it quite a bit. There was only one kitchen towel also. The pillows were all so cheap and flat. The master bath vent wouldn’t stop making a very annoying sound the entire week. We were given last year codes and wrist bands which caused problems with check in and while we were at the pool. The condo really just needs a more personal touch. You can tell the owners never go there. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again. For the money paid for this condo there really should have been better quality items.
