Great location! The condo is in walking distance of the beach, nearby restaurants, coffee shop, & a corner store. The condo is small but we found it to have plenty of room for our family of 4. Having 2 bathrooms & a washer/dryer was a plus. The kids enjoyed relaxing in the pool at the end of each day while we enjoyed people watching from the porch. We spent most of our time running around Gulf Shores and coming back to this condo was a perfect fit for our family.

The property was fully stocked and had all the items we needed for cooking full meals. Lots of pots and pans and utensils. The pool was great and we used it daily. The beds upstairs were not comfortable but the king bed downstairs was great. The check in process was a lot of back and forth and kept having issues with documents not being submitted. We arrived with a note on the fridge saying pest control would come on the Friday we stayed and we would be charged if we didn't allow them in. I reached out to the office if we needed to be there or not and was never responded to. Pest control never came and we were there the whole Friday morning. Waste of time to avoid a fee. The location and parking for the condo to all town locations is great. The area is safe and easy to get to. No problems on that front. The beach access is way farther than most would like to travel with small kiddos and lots of beach gear. Going to the beach was the hardest part of the stay and the reason we were in Gulf Shores. The location and condo was great for staying, not for traveling to the beach. For that reason only, we probably will not return. Wish there was a more convenient deeded access closer to the condo.
