About this villa rental
Situated on the lowest part of a seafront plot with a brand new 3-villa complex, Villa Rosemary is a unique modern-design property offering privacy, unobstructed sea views and beautifully decorated functional spaces. Surrounded by landscaped gardens with Mediterranean flowers and herbs, Villa Rosemary is a wonderful place to drink in the whisper of nature.
The design offers a balanced “play” of internal and external spaces, breathtaking sea views and a spectacular mix of light and shade. Solid stone walls, large glass openings and energy efficient solutions complete an environmentally friendly building.
The Villa offers a total of 305 m² of living space and consists of a three storey main house and a two storey guesthouse, which are connected internally, but have separate entrances. Together, they can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The main house offers two en-suite bedrooms on the upper level and an open-plan living & dining area and a kitchen space on the main level. Downstairs there is a games room with an 85’ TV and a fully-equipped gym & sauna, where you can relax at any time of the day.
The guesthouse has two en-suite bedrooms, one on each level.
A footpath runs through the property and leads to a secluded beach, while the property offers private parking for 2 cars.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Rosemary. We were visiting the Peloponnese for a week and this was the perfect home base for our week. We were 4 couples traveling together and we enjoyed having a nice space in which to relax between our day trips to see the wonderful sights in the area. I highly recommend this villa if you are looking to get away from the touristy places and experience Greece as a local would. You definitely need a car, as this is not within walking distance of any shops or restaurants. But it is an easy drive to Astros or Nafplio where you can enjoy some great restaurants. We also found a Olive estate only 20 minutes away where we enjoyed learning about growing olives and making olive oil. If we were returning to the area, we would definitely stay here again!
