An excellent luxury apartment in a perfect location. Cannot recommend enough.

Superb apartment, everything was of a high standard giving us a very comfortable stay. Location is brilliant to stroll around Rest Bay and into Porthcawl. Excellent communication and flexibility from the host also. Lots to do around this area - beaches, restaurants costal paths and a Saturday morning park run!

Great apartment- Great location

The apartment was very well equipped, had a lot more than we expected and made the stay a lot easier than we had planned. The place is clearly very well kept and was very clean when we arrived. The host was great at accommodating us also.

Lovely apartment right by the beach. Very spacious & clean with good facilities. Friendly host who always answered messages promptly. Simple self check in/out process with helpful info pack available on arrival (& yummy Welsh cakes...thank you for those! :-))

Only 2 chairs for the patio however we were a family of 4 so not possible to all sit outside together

Everything about the property was great. Great pre-arrival communication from the owner - and a real home from home in a lovely part of the world. Living space was lovely. Very well maintained.

A luxurious treat in a beautiful location

One of a collection of purpose built, luxury apartments. 47 The Rest is full of quality furniture - sofas offer plenty of comfortable seating, a spacious dining area, well fitted out kitchen with separate utility area. There is a lovely family bathroom, two spacious double bedrooms (the master with an en suite with double walk in rain shower) The block has a lift and the property is very secure. The host communicates very promptly and wants to ensure that the guests have a good experience.
