The most overpriced stay I’ve ever experienced

Location is great

It was extremely overpriced for what it is. There were also no toiletries, and they left a small jug of milk with clingfilm over the top, which was enough for 2 coffees

Comfortable, convenient and would definitely stay here again when we visit the Forest of Dean.

Very spacious modern interior but still cosy, comfortable sofas and beds, secure fenced in property for the dog, secure bike shed. Kitchen had all the utensils and equipment we needed to cater for ourselves. Great location so close to bike and walking trails, quiet little village but 5 mins from big supermarkets and lots of nearby pubs and restaurants. Great communication from Steven.

If there was a washing machine it would feel like a real home away from home. No dishwasher but it wasn’t a problem to wash up by hand.

Lovely bungalow with great range of games to keep the kids busy. Lovely bedrooms, comfy beds. Very bright and airy. Perfect for families.

A stunning staycation.

The property is stunning, large open plan, large garden and had everything and more within the property. Beds were comfy. The entire property was very clean. We will definitely recommend and return

Being picky, a little milk in the fridge would have been amazing. We had to pop down to a local shop, after unpacking so we could have a hot drink. Tea coffee and sugar provided though

Great location in a lovely part of the country

Lovely bungalow in a peaceful setting. A short drive to plenty of places in the forest and walks on the doorstep. Nice to see the sheep roaming around the village. Lovely and clean and comfortable. Definitely a good find for our holiday Great communication from the host

The only thing would recommend is a couple of bigger ovenproof type dishes for those eating meals in rather than eating out

Short stay close to Forest of Dean MTB trails.

Large open plan space, comfortable beds, shower was great. Location was secluded and off the beaten track. Easy to find from the main road though. Very close to MTB trail centre at Forest of Dean, which was perfect for us.

A part of the outside space to be made private would be nice (this is our personal preference more than anything)

Staycation with Mum

We loved it all. Very spacious, very clean, very quiet, comfortable beds, lovely shower, all mod cons and a mini coffee machine with ground coffee was a lovely surprise 😀. Beautiful setting

I had an elderly Mum with me who struggles with mobility I didnt ask enough questions about accessibility, so my fault. The gravel on the drive is not even so she found it quite difficult even with her stick. Its also got a chunky concrete "lip" around the edge of the gravel which she found difficult to step over. Not sure what the purpose for that is! There are steps up into front door different levels so we needed to be cautious there but we managed. You do need a car as its fairly remote

A great little place in very quiet location with easy access to the Forest of Dean

Great property in a lovely location, nice and quiet. Dogs loved the garden and being secured and gated was brilliant, and easy to keep the property clean after returning from a muddy walk in the forest which is literally across the road. Good Wifi with no issues and plenty to watch on the TV if that's your thing. Really clean and tidy with some little extras in the kitchen. Access was easy and plenty of room to park 2 cars. Shower was excellent with plenty of hot water and heating. There were three adults in the party, plenty of room to not be under each other's feet, We had 3 dogs with us who loved it to. Local amenities are just a 10 min drive away in Cinderford - even managed to get an evening meal delivery on the first night :)

Missed not having a washing machine but not really a big issue, Oven takes a little of working out but did find the instruction booklet, however neither of these would stop me booking here again. Not down to the host (but for information only) mobile phone signal hit and miss at the best of times, some may consider this a positive however!

Location was quiet and peacful, yet only minutes away from shopping. The bungalow was bigger than expected and had everything we needed. Exceptionably clean. Communication with hist was great

The main bedroom in the back smelled a bit musty.
