Location was perfect for my needs. Room was spacious enough. Wide selection on teas and bottle water provided.
Soaps provided smell great.
Good car parking options.
Shower was smaller than I’m used to but still manageable.
Can hear the other rooms so could do with some sound proofing.

The beds were very comfy, and once the heating was sorted, the rooms were very warm. Everything was very clean and it was a nice touch to have a fridge and microwave on the landing. Having the 1630 Eatery downstairs was also very handy as the weather was awful (Storm Amy!) so we didn't have to walk far to get something to eat.
Some boards/railings had been blown against the opening of the property, which caused us some issues initially, but once moved, that was fine. Also, as discussed with Andrew, the heating thermostat was a bit dodgy, so the heating was not on on arrival and the windows were open, so it was a pretty cold arrival for us after a 6 hour drive in Storm Amy. We did manage to sort this out between us though. Also I had difficulty turning the shower on and needed my husband to do it for me, as it is pretty stiff.
