Nice 2 night stay at a good location. Spotlessly clean and good size room with thoughtful additions

The beds were very comfy, and once the heating was sorted, the rooms were very warm. Everything was very clean and it was a nice touch to have a fridge and microwave on the landing. Having the 1630 Eatery downstairs was also very handy as the weather was awful (Storm Amy!) so we didn't have to walk far to get something to eat.

Some boards/railings had been blown against the opening of the property, which caused us some issues initially, but once moved, that was fine. Also, as discussed with Andrew, the heating thermostat was a bit dodgy, so the heating was not on on arrival and the windows were open, so it was a pretty cold arrival for us after a 6 hour drive in Storm Amy. We did manage to sort this out between us though. Also I had difficulty turning the shower on and needed my husband to do it for me, as it is pretty stiff.

The room was spotless and had everything I needed. The bed was really comfy. The location was perfect for the station, the ferry and Gourock pool.

Nice room. Clean and tidy. It was great to have access to a microwave. A small table to sit and eat food would have been a bonus.

The location wasn’t great and the train line was directly beside the room.

CUTE AND COZY

Great wee spot once we found the right entrance. Clean, spacious and well lit. Bedding was so warm and cozy.

Was worried about the train being right behind the building but u dont hear them. Was tight in the stair well with cases but the room made up for the squeeze up the stairs.

Was nicely decorated and had everything needed. Was spotless clean. Need was very comfy. We were there as a group and had the kempock and shore rooms.

They were renovating right outside the kempock window, so had to keep blinds closed, a bit noisy.

Decent accommodation, but not if your next door neighbours are noisy!

Large comfortable room and bathroom with nice towels, decent bed linens and a food selection of teas and coffees

Very thin walls! The couple in the room next door has a drunken row from 10pm to 3am and I could hear every word - not to mention their bathroom manoeuvres! Also, the fridge and microwave in the corridor are great, but I’d you encourage in-room eating, you need to provide washing up facilities, like a sponge and drying cloth!

Our room was right beside the railway but apart from that it was very quiet.

Nice & cosy. Great spot if you need to be near the hospital.

The place was lovely. Beautiful bathroom & a very cosy bed. It had a kettle & and lots of different teas & coffee. It was located in a convenient place, as I had a hospital appointment early the next morning.

There was a very bright green light shining above the door all night! It might have been a light for an emergency, so you can see the exit. But it lit up the room all night, which was quite annoying.

La cama y las almohadas eran super cómodas, era una habitación cómoda y muy limpia. Además, era super bonita y en el baño había productos de higiene que olían super bien. Todo detalle, con tocador, nevera comunitaria…

La entrada daba mala sensación, las paredes se meneaban mucho cuando pasaba el tren por debajo, se oían mucho los ruidos de otras habitaciones y entraba la luz también.
