Clean room Comfortable bed. Nice views of the sea within walking distance.
Microwave and fridge made for nicer stay.
Noisy neighbours, tried but couldn't get shower know to work. Temp one worked fine so unlikely to be my technique..

This is our second visit. This time we booked for 3 nights unfortunately our grandson took very ill and was admitted to hospital. We phoned Andrew to see if we could have another night. He was able to accommodate us then due to our circumstances he waivers the fee for the extra night. We were so grateful what a wonderful gesture. Thankyou. We will be returning soon.
Bed was little uncomfortable

Comfortable bed, great shower, nice and clean.
The room backed onto the train line. Thankfully the trains weren't too frequent. I'm also an early riser but if I was a light sleeper or wanted a lie in then it may have been a problem.
