Tranquil ambiance, and friendly staff. It is a short tricycle ride away from major malls like SM or Robinsons Place Butuan and the Gaisano Mall, offering easy access to shopping and dining options. Highly recommended for being very affordable and offering great value for the price.

It is just along the road, and you can take a tricycle to SM or Robinsons. The room is also very clean. Wifi is very fast.
The staff was helpful but he did not seem to find my reservation immediately. The Wifi password was not available until you ask for it from the front desk. There was no toilet paper in the toilet. There was a power interruption, and there were no emergency lights.
