    Overall stay is fine. Just the bed this too thin. The rest is ok for a night stay and price is reasonable

    Excelent location, is very near to Father Saternino Urios University. Near the Agusan River Bridge. Staff was attentive. Very nice hotel overall. Only negative was I was given a room without a working air conditioner.

    Upon entry the staff is not very accommodating. The room we had on the 4th floor had a broken door knob (no lock). We also had an unwanted visitor, guess what? a COCKROACH!!! The place and rooms are not well maintained. The bathroom has stains all over the tiles and it stinks!!! We transferred to another room cause we have no choice but have to pay additional for the suite room! The AC was also not cold and in the morning there was power interruption. They have a standby generator but the smell of diesel was all over the second floor. The breakfast was okay but the staff did not give a menu. Everyone was not accommodating to guests. 0/10. The whole place needs a total rehabilitation from the management, staff, facilities, even the lobby upon entry stinks! What a terrible experience.
