    Very spacious and clean hotel inside of Robinson’s Mall. Very similar to a lower end Marriott chain hotel in USA. 24x7 front desk and bellmen. Would definitely recommend in Butuan.

    Location is the newer area of the city. Halfway to the town plaza and the airport. There's access to Robinson's Mall so there are banks, restaurants and supermarkets. The windows are not sound-proof. For light sleepers, tell the front desk to assign you to a room not facing Bar 69 across a narrow alley. The AC is very cold. Basic room. No fridge. Safe is jammed. No ice. No room service.

    Overall the place was good and accessible for everything. The lobby smelled good and was clean. Staff are friendly. The bed was clean and tidy. What needs improvement: *Room keys* Ours didn’t work twice. We had to call and wait for maintenance or a bell boy with a master key to open the door. That was a hassle. *Room cleanliness* The toilet corner was a little untidy. *Toiletries* None were set out in the room. We had to ask the receptionist for them. *Towels* They had a bad smell. With these fixed, it would be a much more better stay. We’d appreciate working keys, fresh towels, and toiletries placed in rooms in next visit.
