Lo que menos me gustó fue el aparcamiento que con un coche grande ,es costoso aparcar ,

La atención de Ainhoa. La limpieza del piso.

Tuve que llegar antes de las 20h porque si te pasas de esa hora te cobran 30-€ adic. El parking demasiado pequeño, el vecino del parking me dio dos puertazos y me tuve que ir a mi casa sin parte amistoso (avise al responsable). Se activó la alarma cuando entramos a dejar las maletas, casi nos deja sordos, imagino que por la cámara de seguridad que hay en la entrada.

El apartamento era precioso y cómodo. Muy bien decorado. La atención de Andrea y Ainhoa, excepcional. Atentas, simpáticas y educadas. Siempre dispuestas a mejorar tu experiencia. Muy eficientes. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

La verdad que no había casi nada que mejorar. Lo único que cambiaría es el set de planchado, especialmente la tabla. :) Pero si no necesitas planchar, todo es perfecto.

Very nicely decorated apartment relatively new they gave us 2 hrs extra late check out which was nice of them A welcome pack would be nice some water and an espresso or cheap little coffee machine with some pods rather than the coffee pot a machine would be much safer and cleaner It’s probably a 10 min walk to the cathedral but definitely 15/20 to the main restaurants

In general the correspondence was a bit misleading we were told extra 30€ for checking in after 8pm. We got there a little earlier. So don’t think my card was charged but need to go back over transactions We were told on day of check out we could stay until 4 pm as flights were so late that evening, then were told we had to go @ 11 am then when I reverted to originally correspondence about late check out we were told 1pm we were greatful for this but too much hassle back and forth No welcome pack No duvet covers on duvets And spent the weekend walking on egg shells as such a long list to follow if anything happens or breaks a 300€ deposit would be taken we are two mature couples and anytime we stay anywhere never a problem or experienced this but just felt why is this person even bothering letting the place Air conditioning is all run through central apartment system and our friends didn’t want it on but we did and was very hot no fan and too much noise from the street to leave windows open Taxi struggled to find it as address on booking is also another area in Jerez so luckily we speak basic Spanish we were able to give more details to the taxi This is probably a new letting so maybe they need to think about what they would like in self catering when they arrive Or maybe not let the apartment at all it also needs a welcome pack a map and even a little book about Jerez to make it more traveller friendly
