Apartamento Moscatel - Ole Solutions

La atención de Ainhoa, gestora del apartamento. Muy atenta, nos envió información sobre Jerez, actividades, gastronomía, lugares que ver. Además resolvió las pocas dudas que nos quedaron tras la entrega de llaves. Un acierto encontrarla.

Lindo departamento, en un edificio nuevo, muy moderno, limpio, con parking dentro y bien ubicado (a 7min caminando del Centro de la Ciudad)

Pudo tener Copas de Vino y Secadora de Ropa. Pero tampoco las ofrecían, así q esta bien.

La ubicación es muy buena, al frente de las bodegas de Tío Pepe y también cerca de el centro. Los acabados, decoración de muy buen gusto. Parqueadero para un carro grande, buena cocina. La anfitriona muy servicial.

Very nicely decorated apartment relatively new they gave us 2 hrs extra late check out which was nice of them A welcome pack would be nice some water and an espresso or cheap little coffee machine with some pods rather than the coffee pot a machine would be much safer and cleaner It’s probably a 10 min walk to the cathedral but definitely 15/20 to the main restaurants

In general the correspondence was a bit misleading we were told extra 30€ for checking in after 8pm. We got there a little earlier. So don’t think my card was charged but need to go back over transactions We were told on day of check out we could stay until 4 pm as flights were so late that evening, then were told we had to go @ 11 am then when I reverted to originally correspondence about late check out we were told 1pm we were greatful for this but too much hassle back and forth No welcome pack No duvet covers on duvets And spent the weekend walking on egg shells as such a long list to follow if anything happens or breaks a 300€ deposit would be taken we are two mature couples and anytime we stay anywhere never a problem or experienced this but just felt why is this person even bothering letting the place Air conditioning is all run through central apartment system and our friends didn’t want it on but we did and was very hot no fan and too much noise from the street to leave windows open Taxi struggled to find it as address on booking is also another area in Jerez so luckily we speak basic Spanish we were able to give more details to the taxi This is probably a new letting so maybe they need to think about what they would like in self catering when they arrive Or maybe not let the apartment at all it also needs a welcome pack a map and even a little book about Jerez to make it more traveller friendly
