Really nice and clean just how described on the pictures. Worked really well for a few of us to have a night in cardiff, was only a £6 uber into town.

The location was great for us.

We stayed in this 3-bedroom accommodation recently and were left extremely disappointed by the experience. Upon arrival, we were immediately hit by a strong smell of cannabis throughout the property, which was incredibly unpleasant – especially given we had young children with us, including a toddler and 9-year-old girls who were filming for a TV show early the next morning. The cleanliness of the property was far below acceptable standards. The floors were dirty, the toddler was crawling around and her tights were stinking, which clearly showed that the floors hadn't been brushed or mopped prior to our arrival.  There were 2 discarded vapes one under the coffee table and one in the futon bed in the lounge.  Our belongings/clothing was smelling when we left and all had to be washed to get rid of the smell. To make matters worse, the noise from the upstairs occupants was unbearable from the minute they came in at approximately half past midnight.  Loud music, shouting, and banging started until the early hours.  Despite trying to get some rest, it was impossible for any of us – especially the children to get back to sleep after being woken up.  I have a smart watch and it recorded I had 2 hours and 39 minutes sleep!!! I believe the property above is also owned by Property Promise, I appreciate the occupants may not have been aware that people were staying in the accommodation downstairs but being that noisy during the early hours is really inconsiderate.  Sound proofing could be something for Property Promise to think about as we could hear every footsteps, furniture being moved, dragged around and it sounded like the music was being played in our rooms. There were 3 bedrooms and a put up bed in the lounge and a futon in one of the bedrooms but there was no additional bedding. We booked this place expecting a peaceful, family-friendly environment, but unfortunately it was anything but.

Great value for money. Spacious flat. Pets allowed. Right next to a relatives house in Splott. Maybe not the most central location for group of people wanting to go out, but not too far. Was perfect for me visiting family, with my own family. Decent bakery over the road as well.

Don’t take your shoes off. You will ruin socks or get disgustingly dirty black feet within minutes of walking around that property.

Every thing the house is flooded with water since checked in the rain water keep entering from walls and bedroom soacked with rain water no mop no brush also spider webs and insects in every room due to condansatiin and danmp difficult innbreathing and walls paint coming off tryed to explain the situation with owners and booking.com gathered evidence and sent to owners and booking .com nothing heard from them hopefully booking.com refund me in conpensation as

Clean beds, two bathrooms, free street parking. Manager of the apartment responded every time I wrote a message.

Damp old smell, window in first bedroom was locked and couldn't be opened. You can hear noices of tenants walking and talking from upstairs. One set of towels per person for two nights. Toilet papers run out. Not enough provided.
