Casa Diaz 58

Cuando llegamos al edificio ya estaba esperándonos el anfitrión, que nos ayudó a subir las valijas. La zona es muy linda, con bares y restaurantes cerca. A pocos minutos de todo lo importante en Como. El departamento es pequeño, pero muy bien distribuido. Fue perfecto para dos personas. Todo estaba muy limpio y bien acomodado. Las ventanas eran a la parte posterior del edificio, pero muy luminoso. Nos encantó el regalo de bien venida (prosecco y botellas de agua), además de contar con ingredientes, condimentos, etc. para cocinar. Había también Nespresso con sus respectivas pastillas. Gran lugar para una estancia de pocos o muchos días.

El ascensor no funcionaba y eso complicaba un poco. Me imagino que es un problema circunstancial, que ya va a estar solucionado.

The apartment is comfortable, very clean, quiet and has all necessary kitchen utilities. In the heat of historic center, it is close to main attraction points by walking. We were very well received by Marco. Jenny was also very supportive providing all directions before we arrived. Capsules of coffee were a good surprise. Thank you both for making our stay so nice.

Why not a 10? We chose this app because it has an elevator, however it was not possible to use, because it is broken. This should be clear informed. Luckily, we were able to manage. If it was other person with mobility issues, it could be a big problem.

We loved our stay at Casa Diaz 58. Great location, comfortable and well equipped. Bed was so comfy and the apartment was perfect for our 3 night stay. Luca was great and very helpful when meeting us to show us around the apartment, carrying my suitcase up to the 2nd level as the lift is currently not operational. Great restaurants, bars, cafes and shops near apartment. Ferry very close by to get to other parts of Lake Como... excellent location we loved it.
