Locatie foarte frumoasa, curata, mobilata cu bun gust. Bucataria echipata cu tot ce este necesar. O terasa exceptionala. Distanta mica fata de plaja- maxim 5 minute de mers pe jos. Zona linistita.
Yala de la intrarea in apartament se descuie foarte greu. Aerul conditionat din living este extrem de zgomotos. Au lipsit hartia igienica si servetelele.

Die Anlage inkl Parkplatz ist gesichert. Wohnung und Terrasse sind größer als gedacht. Top eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Die Terrasse ist abwechslungsreich bestückt, sehr gemütlich.. Mit Fahrstuhl, Whg 3. Etage. Die Wohnung perfekt sauber, roch noch nach Putzmittel. Wohnbereich und Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage. Perfekt und geschmackvoll, sehr gemütlich.
Der Vormieter hatte wohl eilig. Einige Teller, Gläser, Tassen und Gabeln im Schrank waren nicht sauber.
