Glabur Stays! The One -1 - Elite Marina Front!

We arrived with some apprehension after reading a few negative reviews about the condition of the apartment and building, but our expectations were far exceeded. We spent two nights there as a family of four with two young children. The building, despite its age, is well maintained, and we saw a cleaning lady regularly looking after the common areas, which showed that it is properly cared for. The apartment itself has been lovingly renovated and feels fresh and well looked after. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is spotless, and both sleeping areas are air-conditioned. Its location is excellent, overlooking the marina and promenade, with the beach, restaurants, a kiosk and several supermarkets all within easy walking distance. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay, and we would happily recommend both the apartment and the village of Zygi.

Most of the issues we encountered were outside the owner’s control, but they should still be mentioned. As the apartment is on the ground floor overlooking a pedestrian-only street, we slept with the windows closed and the air conditioning on for a few hours. I would recommend installing mosquito nets on the windows so that future guests can open them if they wish. In addition, there is currently quite a lot of roadworks taking place in Zygi as part of efforts to improve the area for tourists. While this is ultimately a good thing, it did cause some noise and dust during our stay. The apartment itself remained easy to access, with convenient parking nearby.

Problemy z WiFi.

We live in Paphos and wanted to see if we would one day like to live closer to Larnaca airport. For this purpose the location was perfect. There are a number of restaurants along the road. A few good, a few not. The little marina is lovely and new and we could hardly be closer to the boats. Just sitting, watching daily life go by on the water is soothing and relaxing. Lovely quiet place. The pictures are accurate and we got what we expected.

The town is very run down and it is difficult to find fresh food if you want to cook for yourself. The building urgently needs work too. We realise this is not the responsibility of our host but the apartment block is not clean or pretty.
