Great property, very clean. We were there for the street food/ music festival and it was a perfect location for it. The only thing I would encourage the hosts to do is let people know / ask guests if they have any mobility challenges. We rented two rooms. One of them had steep stairs to the bedroom. This could be a challenge for some guests. We had to be careful climbing the stairs, especially after a few drinks at the festival. It didn't detract from our overall experience though. I would recommend and stay again in the future.
As mentioned before minor thing the steep stairs but not really a dislike.

The studio is very small, has a smell and the bathroom and toilet is tiny and barely fits a small sized person. The towels did not seem clean.
