Friendly host. Nice place to stay; shabby & chic. Outside area to sit. Well equipped accommodation. Bed comfortable. Swimming area nice, well equipped

3 cockroaches appeared in the first hour, after that none & we stayed Friday til Tuesday .

Everything was wonderful! The apartment is a gem; charming and comfortable, and well equipped for basic self-catering. The host, Marisa, is super friendly and helpful, and responds immediately to any questions or requests. The facilities are exceptionally kept, the apartment is cleaned and towels are changed every two days, which is unusual for Airbnbs. The pool is a wonderful addition that makes the stay perfect. There are only 4 units in the house, so privacy is guaranteed. Archondia House is located in the beautiful and quiet village of Kalavasos, which is ideally located for day trips into the Troodos Mountains or to relax at the beach (10-15 minutes by car). In short, we had a wonderful, relaxing holiday! Thank you!

3 flights of stairs without handrails to get to apartment which we were told was ground floor opening onto a pool. As we both over 80 Totally unsuitable but no detail on booking .com or other sites to say unsuitable for disability. Could not stay there and would request some refund of payment with no stay.
