El dpto es muy amplio y moderno. Se encuentra en un fraccionamiento de lujo, con muchísima vigilancia. Con auto excelente y si no hay transporte dentro del fraccionamiento, pasa cada 15 min. aprox. El anfitrión muy amable y está al tanto de lo que se necesita. Sin duda regresaremos.

Si no llevas auto se complica un poco enterar y salir

A lovely apartment with good facilities, kept immaculately clean, within the Tulum Country Club/Bahia Principe grounds. The pool is small but welcome and clean, and the mangrove/swamp area at the back has plenty of wildlife - iguanas, crocodiles, large birds and fish. Jesus and his family were excellent and responsive hosts - and you will need their advance instructions to navigate the various gatekeepers to access the resort if you are driving; but otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. The grounds have a free shuttle service to the beach area and the main restaurants, but it only runs every 30m to each destination, with the beach service not starting until after 10am, so unless you want to confine yourselves to resort-fare, you are really going to want a car.

We loved this apartment. Everything we needed. The grounds of Tulum and able to go to all the restaurants and get day passes to hotels was really great. One day the beach was too windy and I just sat by the pool next to our apartment. It was lovely. Jesus is a wonderful host. He lives on the property. He helped us get around and dropped us off at the beach one day. Which is a free beach! No day pass needed. We will return!

Eine rundum tolle Unterkunft! Gelegen in einem Country Club. Alles war sehr sauber. Direkt am Garten liegt eine Lagune mit einem kleinen Steg. Der Besitzer Jesus und seine Frau waren super nett . Jesus hat mit unseren Kindern dort geangelt und war stets erreichbar um uns zu helfen. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert. Im Garten sind Tiere wie Leguane, agutis und Waschbären zu beobachten. Wir haben uns gefühlt wie zu Hause und würden die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.
